About Arx Aurum
Arx Aurum Lawyers originated within Aeacus, a tax law firm. In that context, we were increasingly consulted by clients with questions about physical assets, such as art collections, antiques, classic cars, collectibles and equestrian assets.
These recurring questions have enabled Arx Aurum to build a distinct expertise over the years in matters involving physical assets, where tax, legal and strategic issues converge.
What initially arose from concrete client questions has developed into a fully fledged and independent practice with a clear focus on physical assets. Today, we assist a broad client base, including collectors, artists, galleries and professional parties facing complex questions relating to these assets.
To deepen this expertise further, Arx Aurum was developed as an independent activity. Where necessary, we work with specialised third parties, including for valuation, technical analysis or sector-specific assistance, so that clients can rely on an integrated and practical approach.
